Looking at the broad acceptance and understanding that this language has garnered worldwide, be it a student's pursuit of education, future career or as simple as his or her inclusion within society, the vital role English plays, cannot be negated.
The Teacher Too, Is A Student
It often seems as though a person who has gained wisdom enough to guide and teach others must be all-knowing and omniscient. However, this isn’t necessarily true. The process of acquiring knowledge never really comes to an end, no matter what age or position an individual attains in life. As students, it’s a basic duty to honor our teachers for their experience and wisdom, nevertheless, an ideal teacher would also understand that there’s a lot which she can learn from her students as well.
How to build better relationship between teachers and students?
Successful teachers are the ones who have the potential to optimize the learning ability of all the students in their classes. Creating a positive relationship with students at different age levels improves students motivation, peer relationship and helps to address behavioral problems. It is essential that teachers earn students’ trust early on in the year. A trusting classroom with mutual respect would naturally build and sustain a positive environment.
